It is made of Chardonnay grape variety from different Grand Crus in Côte des Blancs region. Special Cuvée is a traditional vintage of the house, selected from only the great years. This Blanc de Blancs champagne is a result of malolactic fermentation and ageing in bottle, for more than 4 years.
