An elegant, greek sparkling wine with pale salmon-rose color and bronze highlights. Ribbon of fine bubbles with strength and durability. The aromas of the nose are characterized by cherry, black fruits, strawberry notes, while the subtle presence of yeast completes the whole. On the palate, the bubbles and fresh fruit, the lively acidity and the long finish are impressive. You could pair Amalia Rose with shrimp salad, seafood pasta, lobster or enjoy it as an aperitif.

”Good wines are made in the winery, but great wines are made in the vineyard,” Yannis Tselepos used to say and this was the foundation stone for the winery. Amalia Rose is made from the Agiorgitiko variety. The grapes for the production of this sparkling wine come from selected vineyards in the Asprokampos area of Nemea. For the production of the base wine, the grapes are harvested at an early stage, which are slightly unripe, with low potential alcohol content and high natural acidity. The traditional method is followed with a second fermentation in the bottle and maturation for at least 9 months in the presence of the fine lees.
