Le Coste Rosso is a natural red wine made from Grehetto (Sangiovese) Ciliegiolo, Colorino and Cannaiolo grapes. Smooth and juicy wine, with pleasant aromas of red and black fruit, and a balanced body and acidity. You could pair it with red meat, game or smoked dishes.

It is made by the Le Coste winery from the region of Lazio. The winery founded in 2004 by Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron next to Lago di Bolsena. They strive to practice an agriculture that is eco-compatible with the nature and the landscape that surrounds them and produce natural wines without compromising with the logic of the market or succumbing to its pressures. They currently have 6.5 hectares of vineyards, partly owned and partly rented, which they cultivate following the principles of biodynamics. Le Coste Rosso is harvested manually, and once in the winery the grapes are completely destemmed and placed in wooden vats. They then ferment with native yeasts and macerate with the skins for about 3 weeks. Lastly it ages for 12 to 15 months in oak and chestnut barrels.
