A red organic, dry wine that is called Goumenissa Red and consists of Xinomavro and Negoska grape varieties. The wine goes through pre-fermentation extraction for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and remains in its wine lees for 8 months with periodic stirring. For aging, the wine remains at least 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle. Goumenissa Red has a bright red color with tile reflections. Its aromatic bouquet is complex and consists of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, spices, tomatoes, olives and vanilla. His mouth is full with rich tannins and a long aftertaste. It is recommended to consume it at 16-18⁰C. You can combine it with red and white meat, either cooked or grilled, with pasta and yellow cheeses.
