Located in Epanomi in Thessaloniki, Ktima Gerovassiliou cultivates the privately owned vineyard of 720 hectares with special care and love. Their goal is to produce quality wines. They make excellent use of the soil and the climate of the area. Epanomi is surrounded by sea, with a Mediterranean climate and a land rich in marine fossils. The first winemaking took place in 1986 at the modern winery located in the vineyard. Syrah Gerovassiliou is the result of extraction and alcoholic fermentation for about 20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels.
