A red organic dry wine with ruby color. The aromas of the nose consist of small red fruits, such as sour cherry and strawberry, spices such as white pepper, capers, licorice, floral notes such as jasmine and gardenia and subtle notes of barrel. In the mouth we find the freshness through the high acidity, the well-worked tannins, but also its complex flavors. Its aftertaste is medium and pleasant. It is recommended to transfer it to a decanter so that the aromas of Limniona can develop fully. You can combine it with beef, grilled meat, burgers, pasta with meat or minced meat.
