A red dry wine, Vieilles Vignes cuvée, from the Grenache grape variety, gives us elegance and velvety texture. The juice is so intense that we feel like we are biting a strawberry liquorice.

Domaine Houillon is located in Faucon, Vaucluse, at the foot of Mount Ventoux in the Rhône Valley. The 9-acre estate has been managed by Charlotte and Aurélien Houillon since 2017. The label on the bottles is inserted manually with vine shoot paper that is produced locally. Domaine works with organic farming methods and the Jules Chauvet method is applied in the cellar. It does not use any oenological additives (yeast, glue, sulfur, etc.) and respects the raw material (without filtration, gravity work), in order to leave the wines with all their aromatic expression and their aging potential. The wines, produced at Domaine, are natural and produced under the strictest protocols. Vieilles Vignes cuvée is from the Grenache variety, with the vine being about 70 years old. Harvesting is done manually and the grapes are carefully sorted, then soak for 14 weeks in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 10 months, in barrels containing 7 to 8 wines. In this way Grenache transmits the full depth of the terroir.
