Les Caracoles has a delicate nose with aromas of honey and exotic fruits and smoky, buttery notes. Rich, well-structured on the palate, quite crisp, with a lively acidity that frames the flavours. A dense, concentrated wine with a very elegant, persistent and dry finish. An ideal accompaniment for mushroom risotto, white meats, poultry, lamb and duck. Pairs well with grilled salmon and other fatty fish, as well as Asian cuisine and matured cheeses. Drink it now or save it for the next decade.
