A Pinot Noir with deep dark red color. Its aromatic palette consists of red and black cherries, sweet spices and raspberries. On the mouth we have fresh acidity and metallic character, signature of the terroir. It is recommended to decant it to a carafe before consumption. You could pair it with grilled or cooked meat or with feathered game.

Alpha estate was founded in 1997 by Makis Mavridis and Angelos Iatridis in Amynteo, Florina. Its area reaches 1200 acres of privately owned vineyard. The location of the winery is by no means accidental. It is located very close to its vineyards, so that the transport of grapes during the harvest is immediate. The Pinot Noir of the Alpha estate comes from the Helona vineyard. The wine is decomposed and remains for 8 months in its wine sludges with periodic stirring. It matures in the bottle for about 12 months. It is neither filtered, nor does it undergo any treatment before bottling.
