Blanc des Côteaux, Thymiopoulos Vineyards 750ml

A dry white wine with great complexity, a blend of Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Vidiano and Aidani varieties. It has aromas of tropical fruits, minerality, floral notes and a pinch of white pepper. The palate is extremely oily, with cool acidity, intense minerality and a long aftertaste. Excellent combination for Asian cuisine, chicken in the oven with potatoes.

Blanc des Côteaux, the new label of Apostolos Thymiopoulos. A white dry wine from Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Vidiano and Aidani grapes with minimal intervention during vinification and bottling. It has been aged in amphorae and oak barrels with a capacity of 300 to 600 lt  for at least 18 months. It continues to age in the bottle for up to 12 months in the winery’s cellar, before being released on the market.
