Earth and Sky is a red dry wine from the Xinomavro grape variety, with aromas of black fruits, strawberry jam, ripe pomegranate, sweet spices, olive and tomato leaves, floral notes and notes of herbs. On the mouth we detect the well- worked tannins, high acidity, flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, pomegranate, herbal notes such as oregano and tea leaves, notes of tomato, olive and sweet spices. Its long aftertaste is characterized by sweet spices like cinnamon. You could pair it with cooked or baked in the oven meat, red meat, game in the oven, poultry and yellow aged cheeses.

For the winery the vineyard is the connection of the winegrower and nature. The key word for them is balance in viticulture. All their vines have been grown organically, following biodynamic principles. Apostolos Thymiopoulos has dedicated himself exclusively to Xinomavro, an emblematic variety for the region of Naoussa, expressing the terroir of the region. He presents his idea by producing ten different versions of the Xinomavro variety. Each of their wines reflects the uniqueness of the plot from which it comes. The winery is in Trilofo, a village near the mountain Vermio.
