Description
A Sauvignon Blanc with bright golden color. Its aromas consist of tropical fruits, such as mango, pineapple and melon, accompanied by notes of vanilla and herbs. The aromas of the mouth follow those of the nose along with a low acidity. The presence of the barrel completes its beautiful image. A well-balanced and structured white dry wine. You can consume it now or keep it for 2 more years. Excellent combination for seafood, shellfish, white meat, but also smoked cheeses.

Located in Epanomi in Thessaloniki, Ktima Gerovasiliou cultivates its privately owned vineyard of 720 hectares with special care and love. The aim of the estate is the production of quality wines. The soil and the climate of the area are excellently exploited. Epanomi is an area surrounded by sea, with a Mediterranean climate and soil rich in marine fossils. The first winemaking took place in 1986 in the modern winery located inside the vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc is grown in a small part of the vineyard on the Gerovasiliou Estate. It is pre-fermented cold extraction and fermented in French oak barrels, where it remains for a few months with its wine lees.
