Notes of a distinguished nose of gooseberry, raspberry, black currant, sour cherry, sweet spices and tobacco. In Atalanti at the selected single Vineyard “Zygos” of the Domaine, an area of 45 acres and altitude of 350-400m, stated one of the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines. A classic red vinification followed by maturation under controlled temperature for 24 months in new French oak barriques and for at least 12 months in the bottle.
