Ergo is a white dry wine made of the variety Sauvignon Blanc. During the vinification they try to keep the temperature low in order to preserve the aromas. A dry white wine with a pale-yellow color and green hints. Intense and complex aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, green and tropical fruits, like pear, pineapple, mango and blossom of lemon. Full bodied with fresh acidity in nice balance on the palate. It has a long finish with sense of lime. Will pair with fish like salmon and tuna, and shellfish.

Lantides Estate is a family business, established in 1993 by Panos Lantides, focusing on the production of quality Greek wines. In the first two square kilometers of their privately owned vineyard, they cultivated white Chardonnay grapes followed, a year later, by the red variety Agiorgitiko that would become the basis of their vineyard over the following years. Today the privately owned vineyards of Lantides Estate are 17.000 hectares. In 2000 the winery was ready to produce their wines. Their vineyards for the red varieties are located in Asprokabos and the white varieties are in the Skotini Valley in Argolida.
