Dum Vinum Sperum is a white dry wine with a bright yellow color and golden highlights. On the nose you will find aromas of orange and lemon blossoms, tropical fruits such as pineapple and nuts such as almond. The presence of the barrel is strong on the nose, giving aromas of coconut and vanilla. Its mouth is rich and complex with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. It has a creamy texture and an intense aftertaste with duration. You could enjoy it now but also keep it for another 2-3 years. It pairs well with grilled meat and even smoked cheeses.

A long-held vision, the creation of Domaine Skouras materialized in 1986. The small wine-making facility was in Pyrgela, a small village on the outskirts of Argos. The next step was the creation of a boutique winery in the Nemea Appellation area, in the village of Gimno. Domaine Skouras is located in the Northeastern Peloponnese, in Argolida, close to the provinces of Corinthia and Arcadia, just a few kilometers from Argos, in the village of Malandreni. The establishment of the final winery in Malandreni, also in the Nemea Appellation, took place in 2004. For the Domaine Skouras team, technology is all about control and observation, allowing minimal intervention on the wines, if and when it is needed – and only to the requisite extent. Dum Vinum Sperum is a white dry wine made of Chardonnay variety. There is a short skin contact, full malolactic fermentation and aging takes place in new 225Lt French oak barriques for 10 months with batonnage. It is matured in bottle for nearly one year before it comes on to the market.
