A white, dry wine from Gewürztraminer grapes with a bright yellow color and green hues, with aromas of tropical fruits, such as mango and lotus, followed by scents of blossom, spices and ginger. Taste reveals a balance between aromas and acidity, Hugel’s characteristic spicy notes, with a long, scented aftertaste. Prefer to consume it fresh, to enjoy this Gewürztraminer to the fullest, accompanied by Asian cuisine, smoked salmon and strong, intensive cheese.

Hugel & Fils appeared in 1639, in Riquewihr, Alsace. Owning over 25 hectares of land, most of them Grand Cru, the 12th generation plants vineyards of noble, Alsace grape varieties with an average age of 35 years. Hugel wines come on their distinct yellow label. During winemaking there is no mechanical interference, as fermentation takes place in barrels with controlled temperature. After bottling, the wine matures in a cellar.
