3.14 Vidiano, Domaine Paterianakis 750ml

A white dry wine with bright yellow color and green hues. It has fruit aromas with pear, apricot and caramel being dominant. In the mouth we have a creamy texture, crisp acidity and a long and pleasant aftertaste. You could pair it with fatty fish, white meat, pasta with creamy sauce and slightly spicy cheeses.

Within the viticultural zone of Peza, we find the winery of Domaine Paterianakis. Today the 3rd generation  (Emmanuela and Niki) has undertaken the continuity of the wine tradition, creating authentic wines with a strong personality. The modern unit for organic cultivation of traditional Cretan and foreign varieties, winemaking, bottling and hospitality is located at an altitude of 650 meters. Τhe winery of Domaine Paterianakis was the first in Crete to start producing wines from organic grapes. 3.14 is a high-quality natural white wine with complexity that escapes the typical formula. Ideal for vegan and organic restaurants or with vegetable dishes. Vinification was done with 50% of the grapes remaining in contact with the skin for a few hours at low temperatures. The must is then fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. At the end of the fermentation, the wine is left on its fine lees for a few months to acquire structure and body.
