Description
It has a deep golden color with orange hues. Aromas of citrus peels, lemon, honey, some dried flowers and hints of vanilla. Rich with high alcohol, but also lively acidity that brings balance, noticeable tannins and a long aftertaste. It is suggested to let the wine breathe for a few minutes before consuming. You could pair it with grilled salmon, tuna or risotto.

Papargyriou Estate was founded by Aristidis Papargyriou in 1978 near the village of Laliotis, Corinth, when he planted the first vineyard. In 1983, the construction of the winery and the future house of the family began and was completed in 1996. In the summer of 2000, many of the vineyards were destroyed due to fire. In December of the same year, the first property of 7 hectares was bought in Sofiana, Corinth, which with some additional purchases now reaches 16 hectares. This wine is an Assyrtiko from late harvest grapes and comes from vineyards at 800 meters altitude in mountainous Corinthia. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts, remains for 35 days with the lees and then matures for 15 months in 500lt barrels.
