The glass reveals aromas of citrus, white fruit, and intense stony, mineral elements. The palate is full, with lively acidity that balances the deep minerality and leads to a long, clean finish. Aging in clay amphorae with fine lees enhances the purity of expression and adds another dimension to the minerality of the wine. It is produced from 100% Assyrtiko grapes grown in ungrafted vineyards approximately 100 years old on the island of Thirasia, next to Santorini.
