The Oremus winery, located in the heart of the Tokaj wine region in Hungary, is considered one of the most important wineries in the region. It is owned by the Spanish winery Vega Sicilia. Mandolás is one of the Oremus vineyards and is planted only with Furmint, the noblest variety of the region. Fermentation takes place in new wooden barrels and lasts between 8 and 12 days. The wine is aged in small barrels of 136 liters, which are typical of the region.
