Intense scent of tropical and stone fruits accompanied by blossom and herb notes. A structured wine with a creamy texture and an intense acidity that gives freshness. You may drink it now, or age it for two more years. Alfega pairs perfectly with fish, white meat and salads.

Alfega comes from the vineyards of Domaine Hatzimichalis in the valley of Atalanti. Each variety is vinified separately on white wine fermentation in low temperature. As a result we have a blend with a bright, light yellow, green highlighted hue.
