Deka X White is a white dry wine with a golden yellow color. Its nose is complex and fragrant. Aromas of sweet ripe yellow fruits, peach jam, sweet quince, but also notes of honey and rose. Its distinctive barrel fits nicely with aromas of toast and roasted nuts. Its mouth is rich with excellent structure and balance. On the mouth aromas are softer than nasal ones, but just as impressive. Aftertaste with long duration and feeling of nuts and vanilla. Excellent combination with meat cooked with aromatic herbs, seafood on charcoal and yellow aged cheeses.

The winery is located between Doxato and Adriani of Drama and has 300 acres of vineyards in Drama and Kavala. The cultivation of vineyards is based on biological standards. The main goal of the Oenogenesis Estate is the production of an amazing white aged wine and with Deka X White, which is named after the expression “Ten the Good”, achieves it. A white dry oxidized wine from the varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Ugni Blanc and Semillon, proves the love of the producer Bakis Tsalkos for the terroir of Drama. This white dry wine has remained in different types of barrels for about 12 months.
