A white dry wine with a golden straw color. Its aromatic palette is characterized by complexity and elegance. Aromas of ripe peach, orange blossom, citrus and tropical fruits stand out. The aromas of the barrel appear with notes of vanilla and nuts in beautiful harmony. The wine has a full rich body with excellent structure and crunchy acidity. Mouth aromas follow those of the nose embraced by notes of vanilla and bread. Its aftertaste has intensity and complexity. A white dry wine from Viognier variety, which you could enjoy now or cellar it for another 2-3 years. Viognier Eclectique pairs extremely well with salads, fish, and pasta.

In 1986 George Skouras’ vision began and in 2004, in Malandreni, northwest of Argos, in the vineyard area of Nemea, Skouras Domaine was established. Nowadays Skouras Domaine owns vineyards in Argolida, Corinthos and Nemea. Purity, variety and terroir clarity are Skouras Domaine main philosophy. Viognier Eclectique is the result of pre-fermentative extraction. It was fermented and aged in new and second use French barrels for about a year, then fermentation followed and matured for 12 months in the presence of wineries and batonnage periodically. Before reaching the consumer, it remains in the bottle for another 3 months.
