This is a white, dry wine of Pinot Gris, with a bright, straw yellow color. Green and stone fruits define the nose, with blossom and notes of tobacco. On the mouth we find excellent structure, balanced acidity, and the aromas follow those of the nose. The aftertaste is long and pleasant. This Pinot Gris pairs with fish or poultry, but you may also enjoy it as an aperitif.
