Chablis Vau Renard, Domaine Roland Lavantureux 750ml

Chablis Vau Renard comes from Chardonnay vineyards located in the Vau Renard valley. A site between the villages of Lignorelles and Villy with a southeast exposure, which imparts fruit ripeness and structure to the wine. In the glass, it offers aromas of fresh citrus and green fruits. On the palate, it features a rich, fruity body, a mineral quality, and lively acidity, which keeps the wine fresh and balanced. The finish is dynamic, refreshing, and lingers on the palate. Ideally, you can age it for 3–8 years after harvest to allow its more complex aromas to develop. Serving temperature: 9–12°C. It pairs exceptionally well with fresh seafood and shellfish, grilled fish, or poultry with mild sauces.

The winery was founded by Roland Lavantureux in 1979 when he began bottling the family’s wines. The family has gradually expanded its vineyard area to approximately 20 hectares, and current generations continue to produce wines that clearly express the terroir of Chablis.
