In the glass, it has an intense pink color with salmon highlights. Fruity nose with aromas of cherries, raspberries, and spicy notes. Particularly balanced on the palate, quite full-bodied, oily, with an expressive aftertaste. It pairs harmoniously with traditional Greek flavors like stuffed vegetables, roasted Florina peppers, salads, pasta with light red sauces, pizzas, but also with exotic cuisines. Ideal enjoyment at 12-14ºC.

The Alpha Estate is located in the Amyntaio region of Florina, in the northwestern corner of Greece. It was founded in 1997 by experienced winegrower Makis Mavridis and chemist-oenologist Angelos Iatridis, who, having worked in many parts of Greece and abroad, chose Amyntaio to create his own wine. For the Rosé, destemming was carried out without crushing. The grapes were left to macerate for a few hours with the stems and cold extraction was carried out in a controlled environment. This was followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine was left to rest for 3 months on its fine lees, with periodic stirring.
