The Semeli Estate Blend is a selection of Agiorgitiko, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, with the proportion of each variety varying from year to year according to the winemaker’s vision, creating a unique wine with excellent aging potential. In the glass, it displays a deep purple color with violet highlights. The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of cherry, ripe forest fruits, and blueberry jam, framed by notes of vanilla, coffee, and nutmeg. On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, and harmonious, with velvety tannins, spicy nuances, and a long finish dominated by ripe fruit and oriental spices. It pairs perfectly with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, grilled or braised meats, pasta with tomato sauce, as well as rich Italian dishes. Best served at 14–16°C in a large red wine glass.
