A white champagne with the blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. It has a golden colour, green highlights and aromas of stone fruit such as peach, confit lemon, notes of toasted bread and nuts. On the palate, we discern the velvety bubbles with a rich structure and aromas of green fruits and spices. The combination of all this offers a wine with wonderful intensity and power, excellent freshness, complexity that fascinates and a long-lasting aftertaste. Pairs extremely well with shellfish, lobster & crab.

Louis Roederer inherited the house in 1833. In the mid 19th century he acquired Grand Cru vineyards and began to make history with his champagnes. Responsiveness to the times, along with sustainable and respectful viticultural practices that bring out the qualities of the terroir, have been central to the ethos and work of the people who have worked at the Roederer house for many years. Collection 245 Champagne is made up of the Roederer House’s 245th blend of the most successful 2019 vintage. Technically, the base wines were matured in large oak barrels of which about 26% is made up of older wines, followed by blending, second alcoholic fermentation in bottle and ageing with fine lees for 30 months
