In 1842 Johann Cristian Henschke reached Australia and 20 years later, in 1862, purchased land in Keyneton, and made his first sales in 1868. Nowadays, the 5th generation continues winemaking, sharing his passion and love for wine. Vineyards are cultivated on biodynamic standards.
