The aromas of the nose and palate offer us a blend of citrus and stone fruit, along with notes of acacia and apple blossom, which complete the pleasant aftertaste. You can pair it with smoked cheeses, fish or chicken in white sauce.

The Domaine was founded by Marcel Michel, who made the first bottling in 1966. Since 2013 Claire Fabre, along with her brother François Michel and their mother Marie Michel, have been managing the property. The estate covers 15 hectares in the Chateauneuf du Pape appellation. They make only one cuvée of red and white wine using traditional winemaking methods. The cellar of the estate is located next to the route from Chateauneuf du Pape to Courthezon. Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is vinified in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation and then the resulting wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
