Description
A dry wine with a deep red color. It has aromas of cherry, raisin, blackberry, sweet spices and herbs such as thyme and lavender. The palate is full, ripe, well-structured with dense and complex tannins. You can pair it with grilled meat or cooked with red sauce.

Château de Saint Cosme for fourteen generations has been located in the heart of the Gigondas appellation, in the village which has the same name, in the Rhone Valley. The family’s priority is organic farming rules, which they have followed since 1970. In 1997 they partnered with winegrowers from the Northern Rhône with the same philosophy. Since then they have been making wines from the best appellations of the Northern Rhône: Cote Rotie, Condrieu, Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage. All the processes in the winery are usually done manually, following traditional winemaking methods with an emphasis on highlighting the particular terroir.
