This dry white wine from Riesling grapes has a glowing golden color. The aromatic palette consists of papaya, mango, green fruits and sweet spices. On the mouth we have a nice structure and a crisp acidity that gives freshness. Its finish is long with the sense of lemon. A classic Alsace Riesling, perfectly paired with salads, fish and white meat.

Founded in 1836, the Gustave Lorentz Winery had 33 hectares of privately owned vineyard in Bergheim in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, 12.80 hectares in the Altenberg Grand Cru in Bergheim, 1.75 hectares in the Grand Cru Kanzlerberg. Their passion for wine is part of their DNA and they aim to make each cuvee unique and representative of the terroir and the region. Winemaking is done by fully squeezing the grapes into pneumatic presses. Precipitation is done naturally to purify the product before fermentation.
