A white wine with a straw-blonde color of medium intensity. On the nose we perceive the high intensity aromas of oats, bread crumbs and thyme. The aromas of gardenia, lavender, fresh basil impress us and the gentle oxidation gives aromas of stone fruits. With the first drop we realize how rich is its body with alcohol and intense acidity. Oily, with hints of minerality and flavors of dried citrus flowers and honeyed stone fruits. Its long aftertaste leaves us a feeling of oxidation. Great combination for seafood, such as shrimps, mussels and shellfish.

From a sunny vineyard of organic agriculture at an altitude of 450 m. A wine which is seductive and very aromatic. It was fermented and matured for 12 months in special oval tanks and bottled unfiltered, uncooled and without the addition of sulfites.
