On the nose it has aromas of flowers, such as violets, rose petals, lavender, black and red fruits, embraced by notes of cedar and truffle. On the palate, impressive fruit and mineral flavors take the lead. A great wine with great aging potential. You can pair it with red meat, mushrooms or feathered game.

All the vines of the Domaine have been in the family since the 18th century. The Companies C.Marey and Comte Liger-Belair were created in 1720 in Nuits-Saint-Georges and listed in the Lyon Stock Exchange in 1923. They were among the most important wine growing and trading houses in Burgundy. Confident in the quality of its harvests and in the one of its wines, the family has worked hard to enhance the Domaine in acquiring the best Cuvées and in taking care of their distribution both in France and abroad. In 2001, Thibault Liger-Belair, took over the vineyards and created Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair.
