A dry red wine with aromas of very ripe red fruits, black cherries, liquorice and violet. Animal aromas, earthy notes and hints of tobacco and graphite follow. The palate has a silky texture, well-worked tannins and a tremendously long finish that gives us a sense of minerality and saltiness. Les Amoureuses can be paired with red meat with mushrooms and pasta.
