It has an intense yellow colour with aromas of pink grapefruit, green apple, quince and truffle. On the palate, the wine is dense, with good acidity, minerality and a long finish. Serve it at 12°c with sweets, aged cheeses or enjoy it on its own as an aperitif.

Philippe Foreau is the third generation of the Foreau family to produce Vouvray from this legendary estate, which his grandfather bought in 1923. The Clos Naudin vines have been cultivated according to organic principles for several decades. They are located in clay soils and their wines are always very deep, mineral and beautifully capture the expression of their terroir. Foreau Demi-Sec is not produced every year. It has about 8 to 12 grams of residual sugars, but it all depends on the level of maturity of the grapes at the time of harvest, as well as the fact that each year is developed from its own unique conditions.
