This extra brut champagne has aromas of apple, peach, lemon, hints of white flowers and brioche. It has a rich, creamy mouthfeel with juicy citrus and brioche notes. Superbly balanced with lively acidity and a slight citrus zest bitterness on the finish. An extra brut champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with an appetiser at the start of a meal.

Guillaume Sergent is a young oenologist and geologist who since 2009, after a significant experience at the House of Louis Roederer, has taken the reins of the family estate in Vrigny, a small village classified as a Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims region of Campania. Guillaume believes in a fragile harmony that connects us humans to nature and closely monitors respectfully the biodiversity of his parcels. His experience and knowledge of his terroir have taught him to be patient and to interact only when necessary. Les Chemin des Chappes rests in oak barrels and the end result is an impressive, complex Blanc de noirs champagne in an extremely limited quantity of around 2.500 bottles.
