This rosé with its soft salmon colour has a very expressive nose with concentrated aromas and flavours of dried citrus, peaches, passion fruit and red berries. Its lively acidity with notes of glazed pear and pineapple fill the palate. Its toasty notes are reminiscent of a vintage champagne without the bubbles. It has a rich and elegant body with a long and creamy finish framed by spicy notes.

Considered the best wine of Château d’Esclans, Garrus is produced from a unique vineyard with vines that are almost 100 years old, from Grenache, Vermentino and Syrah varieties. Fermented and aged for 10 months in large first and second use French oak barrels. Powerful and elegant, Garrus was at the heart of Sacha Lichine’s vision in 2006 to make the “big” rosé. Today Garrus has established itself as a world-class, iconic luxury rosé.
