It is straw yellow in colour with green reflections. Intense and elegant nose, with fresh notes reminiscent of white flowers and pear. The palate is creamy, crisp, medium acidity, with flavours of yeast and nuts, also it finishes with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Enjoy at 8-10° C as an aperitif or with light seafood recipes.

The history of the estate dates back to 1670, when wines began to be produced in the Langa and Roero regions of Piemonte, Italy. Angelo Negro’s work has now been taken over by his son Giovanni along with his wife and their four children. They have concentrated on indigenous grape varieties, vinified using traditional methods, paying great attention to the quality and character of the wines. Giovanni Blanc de Blancs is made using the traditional method. The process involves cold soft pressing of the grapes, then the wine is matured for 6 months in its fine wine lees with batonnage and aged for 59 months in bottle.
