The story begins in 1885 with the creation of Maison Delandes. In 1912 The Baron de Bodman, brings cellars, land and buildings to Edouard Langlois and his wife Jeanne Chateau. The Jacques Bollinger Family Group takes a majority stake in 1973. This rose dry sparkling wine is a crémant from France. Its attractive bright pale rose color. It is made of Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir from the Montreuil Bellay and Puy Notre Dame area. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks, matured on the lees for a minimum of 18 months in their freestone cellars, the second fermentation is drawn in the bottle.
