Description

Taittinger Prestige Rosé immediately stands out for its intense, bright color, the secret of which lies in its composition and carefully crafted recipe.

Approximately 15% of the blend is red wine from the best Pinot Noir grapes of the Montagne de Reims, which gives this cuvée its unique color and complex flavor. The high proportion of Chardonnay (30%) that completes the blend adds the elegance and finesse that characterise the Taittinger style. The bubbles are fine and delicate, the nose is full, wonderfully expressive, fresh and youthful. It exudes aromas of red fruits, such as freshly crushed wild berries, cherries and gooseberries. On the palate, this wine achieves an exceptional balance between a velvety texture and a full flavor dominated by crisp red fruits. The palate can be summed up in four words: lively, fruity, fresh, and elegant, as only a rosé blend can be. Taittinger Prestige Rosé champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but also to accompany fruit desserts such as fruit tarts, fruit salads, and red fruit crumbles. It can also accompany light seafood and sushi.
