Aging for 4 months in new French oak barrels gives it great aging potential. Pairs well with fish, white meats, and pasta.

The Oloinos Estate is located in Elassona, a stone’s throw from the mythical Mount Olympus, and began its journey into the world of wine in the winter of 2003. The creation of two friends and agronomists, George Lola and George Ftikas, began with their love for viticulture and their expertise in it. Their shared vision was to revive the region’s historic vineyard and create their own wine. Since then, everything has revolved around wine, and the Oloinos Estate is the result. Their passion was passed on to the next generation, with the result that today the second generation is bringing a new character to the estate. Today, the winery now includes 100 acres of privately owned vineyards, where organic native and international varieties are grown.
