In 2007, Miguel Torres brings back an old Spanish variety from the 17th century, País, and thus Estelado, a sparkling rosé wine, appears on the market. It is light pink in colour and the nose is dominated by fruity notes of red fruits and citrus. The palate is fresh and lively with lively bubbles. It pairs perfectly with shellfish, fish, savoury or sweet cakes, or you can enjoy it as an aperitif.
