Biblinos Oenos red appears to have a deep red color. The fragrant bouquet of the nose consists of dense aromas of red fruits and flowers combined with notes of vanilla and chocolate due to its stay in the barrel. On the mouth we have a rich and exuberant body with the soft tannins and the intense aromas of fruit that give a long aftertaste. You could pair it with meat cooked in a pot, cooked in a casserole and even with aged cheeses.

Biblinos Oenos is produced from a local red variety which was found in the area of Paggaio and is cultivated today by the Biblia Chora Estate. Classic red vinification was held and aging in oak barrels was followed for 12 months.
