A red dry wine from the first vineyard of the estate that was planted at the foot of Paggaio Mount. Ovilos red is derived from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, a wine with a long ageing process, produced from extended maceration of grapes and ageing in new French oak barrels for 16 months. Then, it remained to mature in bottles for 24 months. It has a deep ruby-red color, aromas of raspberry marmalade, red fruit, violet are in a perfect harmony with the aromas of cedar, tobacco and milk chocolate. In the mouth we can see its impressively rich structure and the balance between its acidity and its tannins. The aftertaste is long and lasting, which will reach its peak elegance after a few years. It can be cellared for several years. You could pair it with Rib eye, lightly grilled, fatty meat cooked on a spit and game.

Ktima Biblia Chora, is in the village of Kokkinochori, Kavala, in Northern Greece. It was established by the oenologists Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou who in 1998, planted the first organic vineyard of the estate in the foothills of the Mt Pangeon. Today, the 57-hectare privately owned vineyard surrounds the modern winery, where all the wines of the estate are produced. They aim to craft wines of exceptional varietal expression and quality that showcase the best that the Pangeon ecosystem has to offer. All wines are bottled at the winery and some of them are left to age in the bottle in special aging rooms located in the basement of the winery.
