Description
Paris Sigala’s Tria Ampelia wine in the glass has a lemon color and seductive aromas of lemon, peach, grapefruit, petrol, tobacco and yeast. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied with oily, sharp acidity and an exciting finish. The wine comes from three different villages on the island of Santorini and the vines are, on average, over 60 years old. It is fermented and matured for 16 months in 750 & 1600 lt. amphorae. It has a great aging potential and is bottled unfiltered.

The traditional wine cellar of the family of Paris Sigalas housed the winery Ktima Sigalas in 1991. In 1998 it moved to a privately owned space in the vineyard of Oia where it operates until today. In the same Kanava, modernized and with the creation of a visitable area, Parris Sigalas created the new winery of OENO P with the aim of continuing the research and the promotion of the great potential of this unique vineyard of Santorini.
