The estate is located on the slopes of Pouilly and exploits the sun and the river Loire. These slopes host the famous Pouilly Fume. Pouilly Fume is a landmark wine and comes from the harmonious blending of different Blanc Fume agricultural parcels. Its winemaking follows the traditional methods and matures in its wine lees.
