By Ott Rose is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. In the glass it has a bright peach colour and the nose is particularly expressive with notes of nectarine, rose, pomegranate and almond. The story begins in 1896 when young Marcel Ott decides to acquire his first vineyards in beautiful Provence. Mild, sustainable and organic viticulture and winemaking practices are applied on the estates. Today, the Ott family continues to pursue the ambition of its founder: to create very fine rosé, white and red wines with respect for the soil and the vineyard. Each of the three estates has a unique vision for Provence and expresses it through its own particular soils and microclimates.
