La Bruja de Rozas has a light ruby red color. The nose is dominated by aromas of rose petals, cherry, strawberry and cranberry. This is followed by notes of tea, hibiscus and pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and fine tannins. Enjoy it at 16°C on its own or accompany it with poultry and medium-aged cheeses.

This wine comes from many different vineyards around the small town of Las Rozas de Puerto Real, in Madrid. The grapes are hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and vinified with minimal intervention. The wines are then left for nine months in giant old oak barrels to soften the tannins, without imparting wood flavors. Bottled unfiltered, the result is fresh, elegant and highly enjoyable.
