Sole Semillon, a white wine of noble rot with a bright golden color. It has aromas of tropical fruits, lime, peach and tangerine embraced by aromas of honey and lemon marmalade. Its mouth is rich, extremely aromatic, with a very good balance of sweetness and acidity. The finish is long and aromatic. You could pair it with blue cheeses, foie gras and fruit tarts.

Ktima Biblia Chora is located on the slopes of Mount Pangeon, in Kokkinochori, Kavala. In 1998, the oenologists Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou planted the first organic vineyard of the estate, which today occupies an area of 570 acres. All the wines of the estate are produced in the winery surrounded by the privately owned vineyard. Their goal is the production of high quality wines that express the regional uniqueness of the Pangeon land. Sole Semillon is produced exclusively from late harvest grapes. It ferments in oak barrels and remains with the lees for at least 1 year. It is served chilled at 10°C and can be aged for several years.
